Job Title: Despatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage daily despatch operations effectively.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and supervise driver activities.
• Brief and debrief drivers on loading and offloading procedures.
• Analyse tacho and trip sheet data to dispatch vehicles efficiently.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Transportation Management or studying towards.
• Operational experience.
• Administration skills.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Transport industry in a Supervisory position.
• Valid code 14 drivers license is an advantage.
• Computer literate (MS Office and Outlook).
