Main role focus

  • Team leader for the After Sales Service Team works closely with the Order Management Leads to ensure that their teams activities support the EndtoEnd view of the customer held by the OML's
  • Works closely with the LSP and Credit Services to ensure various key processes are completed in time to ensure all round customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric / Senior Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre supervisory environment
  • SAP Order management & technical experience preferred. Should have been a SAP Superuser

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Tertiary or Customer Service/Logistics /Data Analytics/Supply Chain Qualification (NQF level 6 minimum)
  • Proven to possess excellent communication skills, ability to work in a challenging and diverse environment with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • MS Office Skills & Excel (Advanced)
