    Description

    Job Description:

    As a Process Engineer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of factory operations, working with various meat and food processing equipment. This includes milling, steam sterilization, blending machinery, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage factory operations, including supervising production teams and ensuring adherence to processes and deadlines.
    • Develop, monitor, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
    • Prepare proposals on machinery performance and improvements, analyzing output in terms of hours, units, and efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
    • Monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance or upgrades.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering.
    • Previous experience as a Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer within the food processing industry (preferred but not essential).
    • Strong attention to detail for monitoring production processes and maintaining accurate records.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
