Description

To maximize revenue by maximizing our service delivery through continuous communication and follow-up with all customers.


To have full accountability and responsibility of the internal sales function including correct administration, processing of orders, rental order follow ups and invoicing whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Handle incoming sales calls and redirect when necessary
  • Follow up on all enquiries received
  • Allocate new customers or opportunities to sales reps
  • Ensure proper interaction with External sales rep and assist where required to ensure customer relation is maximized
  • Convert calls received and made into quotes
Maximise Quote conversion


Requirements:

Matric

  • 2 years' experience Internal sales of semicorporate to corporate customers
  • Have experience in more than one organization, having successfully sold different types of products / services
Machinery rental experience


Salary:
R10, R13,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
