    About the Role

    This sales role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new cars, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell new cars to customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
    • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

    • At least 5 years of recent experience in premium automotive car sales at a franchise dealership.
    • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and deal-building skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Pc literacy and social media knowledge.


    Salary and Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of R150,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus structure that can increase your earnings by up to R100,000 per annum. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, life insurance, and a generous annual leave allowance.
