Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER for our client based in Hazyview, Mpumalanga.


As the General Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant and to have accountability for planning, organising, and directing all services, including front-of-house, food and beverage operations, security & maintenance.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4year previous experience in Restaurant environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar position
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle guest issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Food and Beverage experience required
  • Previous Front of House experience required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee stock control and financial reporting
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule staff as required
  • Valid drivers License and own transport

Salary:
R R20 000 Depending on individual experience
