    New Home Consultant at Lennar

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage new home purchases from initial contact to closing to create satisfied customers.
    • Process sale agreements and close sales in line with business plans.

    Your Role on the Team

    • Build relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs and apply selling philosophy.
    • Generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
    • Provide follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
    • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
    • Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
    • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

    Physical and Work Requirements:

    Regular attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. This is primarily an active position involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, and uneven surfaces, to and within homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver's license to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
