    Description

    Key Role:

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive business innovation and operational efficiency within our organization.

    This pivotal role requires collaboration with executives, department heads, and IT personnel to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and translate business needs into actionable development tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Gather, validate, and document business requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    • Model business processes using business process flows and UML diagrams.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assess impacts of proposed solutions.
    • Simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
    • Review test cases to ensure alignment with requirements and identify missing scenarios.
    • Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized by business value.
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and Agile teams, providing updates on progress, risks, and changes.
    • Conduct demonstrations of delivered functionality to gather feedback.
    • Support business transitions and change management initiatives.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
    • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Creative and analytical approach to business challenges.
    • Decision Making: Expertise in prioritizing requirements, assessing scope, and evaluating solution viability.
    • Communication: Strong listening, writing, and presentation skills to effectively gather and share information.
    • Proficiency in Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite (including Visio), and UML.
