Hospitality Jobs Africa is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to join our client's team as a Reception and Front Desk professional at their Luxury Backpackers accommodation in Johannesburg.

Salary:
- R5,000
- R8,000 per month (none negotiable)
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a 4to5star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency and experience working with computers/laptops (Mac, Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Manage reservations, promptly respond to guest inquiries, and facilitate tour sales and bookings.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure our luxury standards are consistently met.
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring accurate checkins and billing processes.
- Handle daily operational reports, invoices, and precheckout procedures with efficiency.
- Build connections with guests, offering recommendations and insights to enhance their stay.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to engage in meaningful conversations with guests from around the world.
