    About This Role

    This is a Project Manager position available immediately. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in financial services projects and can lead teams from inception to launch.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program Initiation

    • Identify stakeholders and consult with clients and other stakeholders
    • Analyse business value and identify delivery cadences
    • Plan procurement, estimate costs and determine budget
    • Identify functional and non-functional dependencies, risks and metrics

    Program Management and Execution

    • Organise teams across the program, build relationships and communicate guidance
    • Prioritise work, balance priorities and attend to administration and reporting
    • Negotiate dependencies, manage finances, monitor risks and schedules
    • Report on performance and overall program metrics

    Program Close-out

    • Close programs or phases, disseminate documentation and reports
    • Off-board team members and complete close-out

    Requirements

    • Matric qualification
    • Project/Program Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
    • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science or Engineering
