The opportunity

The role

Five key focus areas

Strategic know-how

Smart, businessfocused, brand thinker that owns and develops insightful strategies
Advise and guide senior clients acting as a sounding board on business challenges
Partner with the Creatives and Strategists to develop and evolve the Creative work with data and insights at the forefront

Creative passion and expertise

Help drive 'idea led' creative solutions that reflect modern marketing
Be a sound judge of creative work and have a desire to raise the bar on all briefs
Provide leadership in the production process to ensure best in class delivery across all touchpoints

Relationship management - internal/external

Develop a thorough understanding of TCCC's business and the major factors and trends shaping their sector
Build an excellent rapport with clients based upon trust/mutual understanding
Be the client's first port of call for all issues and opportunities
Foresee any client issues/questions or internal resourcing issues before they arise
Drive organic growth

Operational skills

Strong financial skills with focus on driving strong income and margin performance
Ability to lead and liaise with other departments to set the Agency up for success on all projects
Own, manage and iterate the bespoke processes that drive StudioX (given these include multiple disciplines)
Partner with the Studio talent lead and resource manager to ensure staffing aligns to briefs and commercials

Driving from the front

Manage the wider team to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard
Grow and nurture direct reports providing coaching, guidance and inspiration

Requirements:

Integrated marketing experience
Must be forward thinking and embrace creative innovation particularly in the digital space
Ability and proven track record of leading and building high performing teams
Must be persuasive and very articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients alike
Proven confidence to negotiate with and influence peers and senior clients
Hold the position of trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance
Big picture thinking with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
