    Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst in Data and Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing data products, from ingestion to operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business analytical requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing the information, and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.
    • Develop data analytics products (new data ingestion, data processing ETL, data enhancements, master data, data integration) that connect business processes to data product functionality and ensure the reuse, integration, maintainability, and efficiency.
    • Develop logical data models based on business requirements to determine the completeness and quality of the information and process components.
    • Engage with the Data Governance team to define required data quality controls and DevOps processes for data products and implement them for data and analytics solutions.

    The successful candidate will have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing data products from ingestion to operations.
    • Experience supporting data analytics solutions.
    • Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Python and working with relational SQL databases.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alteryx, etc.
    • Excellent knowledge of data modeling, architecture, ETL, and cloud technologies.

    Requirements include:

    • 3+ years of experience using Python and working with relational SQL databases.
    • 3+ years of experience using CI/CD tools.
    • Solid knowledge about data modeling, architecture, ETL, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Alteryx, etc.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using Azure platform for Data and Analytics products, specifically focused on Data Services (CosmosDB, DynamoDB, Databricks, Glue, DataLake, Redshift).
    • Experience in Agile/DevOps project methodology.

    Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

    • 3+ years of experience in data storytelling and data visualization using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
    • Experience working with relational SQL databases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
