    **Vehicle Workshop Foreman Job Description**

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Vehicle Workshop Foreman to lead our team in Witbank. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with expertise in supervising high-performance vehicle workshops.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with premium brands such as BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of workshop technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop technicians to optimize efficiency and timely vehicle turnaround.
    • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to maintain safety and customer satisfaction.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, timelines, and service updates.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts orders to support operations.
    • Talent Development: Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting continuous skill development.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workshop Foreman with premium/volume brand experience.
    • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and specific systems for brands such as BMW, Audi, or Mercedes-Benz.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Credentials: Valid South African Driver's License and a clear criminal record. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; technical certification is a plus.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
