    This is a senior role responsible for managing one of the largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts. As the central point of contact, you will work closely with client teams and internal dentsu centers of excellence to deliver integrated communication strategies.

    Job Description:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic planning and creative efforts across all communication disciplines, ensuring a unified voice with partner agencies.
    • Contribute to the agency's long-term business strategy on specific client portfolios.
    • Develop and execute key account plans, providing added value to clients.
    • Maintain strong relationships both internally and with clients.
    • Drive revenue growth and identify new revenue streams.
    • Manage monthly retainer hours and resolve day-to-day to complex challenges.
    • Lead meetings, deliver presentations, and guide an Account Manager on the portfolio.

    Person Specification:

    • A strong personality to manage clients, agency partners, internal partners, and the brand's bigger picture.
    • Experience running large FMCG accounts.
    • A strategic thinker ensuring integration.
    • Calm, composed, mature, and firm.
    • Agile and flexible.
    • The ability to challenge briefs when necessary.

    • Operationally strong and able to run projects end to end.
    • Excellent client relationship management skills.
