Become part of the finance team based close to Cullinan, Northern parts of Pretoria as their payroll administrator, working for a great company
Minimum
Qualification requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance
- Training on Sage 300 People system
Experience
- 2 years' experience in payroll and specifically on the Sage 300 People system.
- Successful Payroll Management
- Responsible for the successful processing of ± 1100 wage employees and ± 350 monthly employees.
- Successful and timely distribution of payslips on time to staff on the different payroll types.
- Develop and maintain ERS system for accurate payment of wage hours.
- Succession training for salaries and wages on People and ERS.
- Ad hoc tasks and reporting as needed from time to time.
- Reporting on specific measurables (wasted hours etc) as needed from time to time.
Month End Payroll Processing
- Oversee that any queries pertaining to payroll are resolved to satisfaction.
- Oversee and prepare all month end payroll journals within 2 working days after the last working day of the month.
- Ensure all statutory returns company reconciliations are generated on the payroll system (EMP201, StatsSA, UIF etc).
- Successful midyear and year end EMP501 reconciliation submission to SARS for all entities
