5 Villa - Game Lodge Head Butler
This luxury residence is set within a Private Game Reserve in the Waterberg region of
Limpopo and offers 5-star deluxe accommodation for discerning travellers.

We are looking for a Butler and Head Butler for this world class property:


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years previous butler experience in a 5star environment (Essential)
  • Good understanding of 5star establishments and service levels
  • Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
  • Sound wine knowledge
  • Sound knowledge when it comes to dietary requirements / preferences
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and have a passion for working with people.

Duties:


  • Provide guest service experience in the Villa, ensuring that high standards are maintained
  • Provide fullservice functionality to guests.
  • Ensure you are present for all mealtimes until guests are finished.
  • Be accountable for all servicerelated stock consumption and stock takes, including servicerelated
items such as cutlery & crockery

  • Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information,
using this to tailor make their experience.

  • Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests
  • Well spoken & presented
  • Good guest interaction
Salary negotiable with accommodation and benefits
