Service Manager


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of technicians across the country
  • Ensure that all servicerelated tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Verify and upload software to electronic devices
  • Supervise inventory and ensure that all necessary parts and equipment are available
  • Ensure that all service requests are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that servicerelated issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Train technicians on new products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of all service requests, inventory, and technician performance

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support
  • Proficient in software verification and uploading
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Ability to travel nationally to manage team members and visit customer sites

Salary:
R40, R50,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
