FMCG/Retail Client is currently looking for a
Retail Team Leader based in
Umhlanga

Must reside in Umhlanga surrounding area
The Team Leader is responsible for the overseeing of the store as a whole.

Experience in retail and some junior managing experience, such as a supervisor or assistant manager.


R7000- R8300depending on experience (this excludes incentives and commission).


Requirements:

• High School (matric) (required)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail: 3 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales and GP targets
• Visual merchandising management
• Showing what World Class service looks like
• Ensuring store is fully stocked and orders placed accordingly
• Merchandise and Stock Controls
• Shrinkage/Stock Loss
• Responsible for all admin functions
• Management of all staff

• Coaching and motivation of team

Technical and Functional Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Previous management experience (Desirable)
• Strong leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of retail management best practice
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong IT and numerical skills
• Sound Product Knowledge

Pay:
R7 000,00 - R8 300,00 per month
