The Person:


  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Digital Marketing/Advertising.
  • Min 3 to 5 years proven social media marketing experience.
  • Successful track record in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms including; Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.
  • Experience in Meta ad campaign management and optimisation.
  • Strong design skills in CANVA & Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Experience in WordPress an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative with the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative

The Job:


Reported to the Head of Marketring:

Social Media:

  • Manage, develop and oversee the delivery of each brands social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly) in line with each brands CI guidelines.
  • Build each brands online community and profile by planning and implementing new ways to increase social media following and engagement.
  • Analyse each brands digital marketing plan and social media strategy in order to identify strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to each brands marketing activities.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for both organic and paid social media campaigns, and measure each campaigns performance against the KPIs.
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via each brands social media pages and respond timeously to all customer queries.
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth and performance.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

  • Liaise with retail partners and provide high quality, branded content for their social media pages, digital & print catalogues and other marketing collateral as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of consumerbased fairs, expos and events.
  • Maintain and update each brands website.

Graphic Design:

  • Design and edit content including images, reels and videos for social media pages.
  • Design marketing and advertising materials for use across both digital and print platforms such as instore vinyls, retailers catalogues and magazines.
