You will be responsible for:
- Supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining highquality standards, managing customer service, and implementing process improvements.
- The Operations Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional car wash services while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the car washing company, including car wash stations, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, increase productivity, and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and environmental standards.
- Establish and maintain highquality standards for car wash services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, implement quality control measures, and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other operational materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize costeffectiveness.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop and implement process improvements.
- Streamline car wash procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals.
- Implement safety protocols and train employees on safe working practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or risks.
