The Business Administration Training Scheme (BATS) is a 1-year programme for young commercial graduates.

What You Bring

Graduates must hold a BCOM Accounting / Finance qualification
Clear criminal record
Hard working, driven, be able to work under pressure
Must be able to meet deadlines
Must be able to perform under pressure
Must be proactive
Must have a Disability

Good verbal, written, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Good organisational, administration and time management skills.
A proactive attitude.
Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
