Job summary
This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified CA(SA) with approximately 2 years' post-articles experience and strong exposure to valuations and transaction support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute .transaction advisory engagements, including buy-side sell-side support
- Prepare review financial models valuation analyses DCF multiples precedent transactions.
- Perform financial due diligence analysis historical forecast financial information
- Prepare investment memoranda deal reports presentations stakeholders
- Support clients mergers acquisitions disposals restructurings.li>Liaise clients legal advisors funders other deal stakeholders.
Eivtuate work line professional standards internal methodologies.
