Description
I am urgently looking for a bubbly, well spoken, well presented and organised Receptionist to join one of our banking clients' on a 12-month contract in JHB.
Report into Finance and Administration Manager.Responsible for:
Support the IT department
Strong technical skills
Will have to handle the petty cash
Excellent English communication as you will be communicating with Diplomats
Strong administration skills
Able to multi-task
Deadline driven
Organised
Energetic
Strong relationship building skills
Presentable
Computer Literate
Must have:
Matric, with Administration / Secretary Qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Receptionist/ Administration in day to day office administration, stationary, office organization, minutes, travel arrangements, care hire, meetings etc.
Great track record
Clear criminal record and clear credit (ITC)
