    We are seeking Afrikaans speaking Incident Management Consultants who specialise in Special Peril Claims and are willing to work shifts.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
    • Computer Literacy – MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook – Intermediate Skill level
    • Clear Criminal and ITC Record
    • Relevant FAIS Credits & FAIS RE5 (Required)
    • Minimum 3 years' short-term insurance experience in dealing with Non-Motor Special Peril Claims
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent time management and display sense of urgency
    • Detail focused and attention to detail
    • Language proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
    • Must be willing and able to work the following shifts:
    • 3 Days 08:00 until 20:00
    • 3 Days Off
