    The company is a leading manufacturer of specialized consumable products for the global mineral beneficiation, mining and bulk solids handling industry.

    HR-Simplified-Pty-Ltd is the second largest producer of polymer-based mill liners, driving efficiency and lowering cost per ton of operation.

    Our manufacturing facilities are located in India, South Africa, Australia and Chile, with exports to over 70 countries.

    About the Role

    Maintaining accurate records of equipment and machinery maintenance schedules, repairs and inventory.

    Responsibilities

    1. Capturing daily maintenance data (PM's and engineering operational data).
    2. Preparation of daily and monthly reports.
    3. Creating and loading of stock purchase requisitions (PR's) using SAP software.
    4. Liaising with vendors for quotations.
    5. Follow up on purchase orders with vendors.
    6. Confirmation of time sheets for boiler and engineering personnel every Monday.

    SHEQ Responsibilities

    • Comply fully with Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act: General duties of employees at work.
    • Familiarize yourself with the above section and adhere to all safety rules.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 with Mathematic literacy.
    • Previous experience with SAP software.
    • Administrative experience, including purchases and quotes.
    • Advanced excel skills.
