Sales Contact Centre Specialist

Sales Contact Centre Specialist Sales Specialists will improve sales and the overall business growth with an in-depth understanding of the company products and services.

The specialist will create an effective support team and strong business partnerships and in addition manage the relationship with the customers, relative to the agreed and signed off Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and required sales targets.

Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include:

Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Lead Prospect Management
Provide technical advice to clients with regards to product options and offering advice on products required
Performing costbenefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Grade 12/Matric
Home loan and credit of minimum 24 years' experience
Insurance experience is a must
RE5 Advantages
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Salary:
R8, R10,500.00 per month
