About the Role
This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our data and tech stack, driving growth and efficiency in our business and for our customers by automating as much as possible.
You'll own the budget for our tech tooling and will be responsible for the selection and optimisation of our B2B data providers, sales engagement tooling, CRM, and dashboards.
On a day-to-day level you'll be responsible for the following:Data operations
- Identifying lead data sources
- Automating lead data collection & enrichment
- Managing data researchers
- Sales engagement & CRM tooling setup and administration
- Technical setup for growth campaigns
- Automation of reporting & analytics
- Identifying, evaluating, selecting and driving the adoption of the right tools & vendors
- Testing new tools and approaches
- Setting up and testing automated campaigns that are built using data and automation tools
Requirements:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Accounting or Sciences (you must have done mathematical / quantitative courses during your studies)
- Expert level Excel / Google Sheets skills cleaning, manipulating, normalizing data using advanced excel functions
- Data analysis & reporting skills using Excel / Sheets or Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio) to create automated dashboards and reports
- 2+ years post studies work experience
- 1+ years experience working with either Sales Engagement, CRM, or Marketing software
- Strong interest in tech, SaaS, and how companies grow
