Description

We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead Customer Onboarding in Digital Banking.

This role will oversee origination, converting interest into concluded sales through a seamless journey. The team designs, builds and runs customers' first interaction with the bank and subsequent product onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Shape strategic direction of customer onboarding, optimising commercial outcomes and delivering superior customer experience.
Create, refine and maintain the world's most advanced and automated onboarding process that wows customers, maintains simplicity and intuitiveness, and is cost-efficient.

Requirements

Degree in business, technology or related field.
Proven leadership experience in banking or fintech industry, preferably with focus on digital customer onboarding.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements especially related to onboarding.
Experience with automation, technology and data analytics in financial services context.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
