Our client is seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialist to join their East London-based team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Valid Driver's License
- Code 8 unendorsed (must have) must be able to travel
- Computer Literate: Full Microsoft Office package
- Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience in the Retail industry or Recruitment Agency
- Experience in various recruitment and selection techniques
- Experience in job analysis, role profiling and competencybased interviews
- Experience in the professional use of sourcing channels and platform e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Ditto
