    Purpose Statement

    Drive compliance with the Human Capital policies and procedures nationally, ensuring effective management of human resources.

    Minimum Requirements

    1. Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Science or related field (NQF Level 7).
    2. South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) registration preferred.
    3. 8 years relevant work experience in human resources.
    4. 4 years specialist experience.
    5. Proven track record in driving human capital initiatives within a corporate environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Functional Management

    • Implement strategic objectives of Human Capital Management function across all business units.
    • Develop business solutions tailored to meet business needs.
    • Manage projects within set timeframes and track project status.
    • Provide guidance to line management and employees on employee relations and sound practices.
    • Compile monthly reports on Human Capital metrics and challenges.
    • Ensure data integrity in administration of processes and documents.

    Risk and Compliance Management

    • Identify and adhere to fraud controls, risk prevention principles, and compliance processes.
    • Review Human Capital policies and procedures as required.
    • Support audit and regulatory requirements.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
    • Represent the organisation in committees and task teams.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Resolve queries and problems within span of control.
