    Description
    Wink Promotions is looking for individuals who are willing to work themselves up and grow with our company. We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

    Duties will include sourcing, quoting and a good amount of sales and closing of deals. This position will be office bound. Attention to detail, problem solving and dedication to work will be a very high advantage.

    We are agents that provide promotional services and opportunities to enhance your sales and marketing strategies.

    Our services include, amongst others the following items Branded and unbranded:

    Corporate/Promotional clothing
    Corporate/Promotional gifts
    Branded bottled water
    Gazebo's and Flags
    Laser engraving onto metal items
    Customized Sticker up to Full Colour
    PPE – all your protective wear and accessories (I.E. – Contisuits, Safety hats, Safety shoes, Reflective wear etc.)
    Staff Uniforms

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Managing of all received quote requests
    Liaise with your own client database (existing) and delegate with team for new clients
    Do all own sourcing and costings, quotes etc
    Handling of all your own follow throughs and close your own deals
    Strictly office based only
    Need to be target driven and must reach and maintain your target for commission and incentives
    Daily KPI's needs to be reached with regards to calls and quotations.
    Follow-up on all outstanding work daily and advise client accordingly
    Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within the prescribed time frames
    Build customer relationships and encourage up-selling or branding conversions
    Provide assistance with other activities as and when required
    Protect the integrity of the company at all times

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
    Excellent business English, both verbal and written
    Established proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
    Proven statistical and analytical ability
    Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
    Availability to work extended hours as per operational requirements
    Analytical ability
    Honest and hardworking
    Passionate about getting things done right, first time, every time
    Ability to work efficiently, on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurised environment
    Meticulous attention to detail
    Subscribe to the principle of a place for everything and everything in its place
    Good sense of urgency
