    Job Title: Video Producer

    We are seeking a talented full-time video producer to join our growing creative services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating original video products for our clients, focusing on all aspects of the production life cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate client and creative teams' visions into high-quality videos.
    • Develop budgets for each video production and monitor costs to ensure profitability.
    • Manage pre-production, including logistics, crew communications, and narrative development.
    • Collaborate with creatives to generate concepts for shoots and video production.
    • Coordinate shoot days, including scheduling, equipment sourcing, and on-site management.
    • Serve as point person for internal and external communications around each video production.
    • Communicate complex video production concepts to both experienced and inexperienced professionals.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of storytelling and narrative flow through composition and editing.
    • Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to bring clients' visions to life.
    • Effectively manage project timelines, stakeholders, and time management.
    • Select time stamps and oversee post-production quality control.
    • SOURCE stock footage, sound, or other external components for videos.
    • Support and manage the capacity of video editors.
    • Lead internal brainstorm sessions and client-facing status meetings.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of professional video production experience.
    • A portfolio showcasing video production capabilities across various content types.
    • Deep knowledge of different video formats, conversion processes, and equipment.
    • Prior experience in the financial services or B2B-dominant industries is advantageous.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to receive, understand, and provide feedback.
    • Critical analysis and execution of supplied creative direction.
    • Flexibility and passion for collaborating with other creators.
    • Able to work under tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident.
    • Capability to analyze challenges and create on-brand video solutions meeting business goals and requirements.

    Work Environment

    We offer a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. You'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule. Other benefits include:
