Skukuza Golf Club requires a Food & Beverage Manager with Front and Back of House ExperienceThe Food & Beverage Manager will report to the Club General Manager.
The F&B Manager is accountable for front & back of house, club house operations
To Achieve high performance from all staff by utilizing effective leadership and management principles
To ensure that Sales Targets are met.
Be responsible for daily cash ups.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the Club House
Efficient and effective communication between all
stakeholders
Proper documentation of all stock entering and leaving the storerooms
To oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Kitchen, Food & Beverage employees
To ensure that all Operating Equipment is utilized correctly
The Employee's duties will include, but is not limited to:
S_ales & Marketing*_
- Together with General ,manage the Clubs website and ensure that it provides up to date, relevant and interesting content for members and visitors
- Increase revenue from Sponsorship through developing relationships with new and existing partners.
- Draw and Implement Sales & Marketing plans
- Work with Sales & Marketing Manager in implementation of Sales and Marketing Plan
- In Conjunction with the Media House manage Social Media for the club
People Management & Leadership_
- Ensure consistency with regards to customer service by enforcing the SOP manual.
- Rostering of Staff
- Chair regular meetings with direct reports
- Enforce discipline in the workplace
Finance & Administration_
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and local government legislative requirements including but not limited to Liquor License, Health & Safety, Employment
- To ensure that all company policies are adhere too
- Actively plan, prepare annual budget Food & Beverage
- Ensure regular stock takes are conducted and variances are investigates
- Ensure financial processes and controls are in place
- Ensure that daily Management Reports are submitted
- Rostering of Kitchen and Front of house Staff
- Ensure that food & beverage cost are managed
- Ensure that daily Sales targets are met.
- Ensure that purchase requisitions are submitted timeously & orders are placed on time.
- Ensure that par stock levels are in order
- Ensure that food and beverage pricing is updated
- Grade 1
- National Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Computer Literacy
- 3 Years Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager

Salary is FROM R Negotiable) depending on qualifications and the years of experience _

From R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Skukuza, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- F&b or restaurant management: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's Licence (required)
