    Service Consultant - Insurance Retentions

    We're an independent insurance brokerage partnered with a leading short-term insurer in South Africa, seeking an experienced Service Consultant with a strong retention background to join our servicing department.

    About the Role:

    • Client Engagement Specialist: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote policy retention.
    • Policy Retention Expert: Utilize problem-solving skills to address client concerns and prevent policy cancellations.
    • Short-Term Insurance Servicing Professional: Leverage experience in short-term insurance to provide exceptional service to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage client queries, cancellations, and policy amendments efficiently.
    2. Negotiate with clients to resolve issues and promote policy retention.
    3. Maintain RE5 certification and FAIS compliance (or work towards it).
    4. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
