Our company is based in Epping 1 is looking to appoint a Juniors Debtors Clerk to join our dynamic team.


The Junior Debtors Clerk will report directly to the Team Leader and will have to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.


Duties:


  • Managing Debt collection and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Collect overdue monies
  • Assist with sending customers Statements
  • General Leger
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including reconciliations and processing
  • Accurate and constant follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
  • Attend to queries from clients and reconcile customer accounts where necessary
  • Daily and monthly reporting to management
  • Reach daily targets

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Debt Collecting
  • Must have strong Debt Collecting Knowledge
  • Experience in Ms Excel is a must
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Reconciling Bank Statements
  • Pastel experience will be an advantage

Salary:
R6000-R8000.00

Contract: 3 months Fixed Term Contract


Salary:
R6, R8,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:

Debt Collecting: 2 years (required)

  • Pastle: 2 years (required)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
