    Centre Manager Role at Excellerate JHI

    A dynamic leadership opportunity awaits an experienced property professional to optimise centre performance, foster tenant relationships, and drive business growth.

    Main Responsibilities

    Manage a centre by leveraging trading opportunities, including lease agreements, to ensure sound financial performance. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, manage personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, and general building administration.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Total expense account management, including repairs and service contracts.
    • Equipment replacement or selling decisions.
    • Allowances allocation.

    Requirements

    An all-rounded property professional with 3-5 years of experience in the industry. A Business (marketing) or property-related tertiary qualification is recommended. Retail experience is essential.
