As a Workshop Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and productive operation of our workshop facilities, focusing on stock count, invoicing, stock control, and facilitating the link between the workshop and the admin department.

    Position Overview:

    As the Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and resources within our workshop, with a specific focus on stock count, invoicing, stock control, and maintaining a seamless link between the workshop and the admin department. Your experience in workshop management, automotive, manufacturing, proficiency in Pastel, and expertise in truck parts will be invaluable in maintaining the high standards of quality and productivity expected in our industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Stock Count and Control: Manage stock inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate stock control, particularly in truck parts.
    • Invoicing: Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing for workshop services and products, including truck parts, using Pastel.
    • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all workshop personnel.
    • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of required materials and tools, with a focus on truck parts for ongoing projects.
    • Link Between Departments: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the workshop and the admin department to ensure seamless operations, especially in managing truck parts.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop coordination or a similar role, preferably within the automotive, transport, or manufacturing sectors, with a strong background in truck parts.
    • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workshop operations, stock control, invoicing, and expertise in truck parts.
