    Service Supervisor role at The Farmhouse Hotel in Langebaan, where you'll create exceptional experiences for guests and staff, leveraging your problem-solving skills and conflict management expertise.

    Village N Life is a leading local Tourism and Hospitality group that prioritizes employee growth and exceptional service. We're looking for a poised and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Supervisor at The Farmhouse Hotel in Langebaan.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with guests and staff with sophistication and effectiveness. They will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, training and supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with food health and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an exceptional guest experience
    • Support daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented
    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience
    • Train and supervise staff, maintain strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly address and resolve customer concerns

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Relevant Hospitality diploma or experience
    • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
    • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector
    • Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant
