    **Job Title:** Customer and Systems Support Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer and Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Level-Up. This role will involve providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
    • Configure and maintain master data in our Enterprise Asset Management System.
    • Test system setups before client go-live and document standard operation procedures.
    • Deliver system demonstrations and user training to clients.
    • Monitor client transactions and system data interfaces daily.
    • Resolve system errors and escalate issues to clients as needed.
    • Analyze data and create reports for clients on demand.
    • Collaborate with our IT Development department to resolve client queries and issues.
    • Communicate new system functionality and required maintenance to clients.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
    • Practical experience with ERP or WMS systems.
    • Good analytical and computer skills.
    • Strong Excel skills and SQL knowledge.
    • Language skills: English and German.
    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
