    What you will enjoy doing
  • You will use Six Sigma and LeanManufacturing methodology and tools to analyse complex data and to interrogatebusiness processes to identify tangible and high impact business improvementinitiatives
  • Success is therefore to streamline and transform the cost base to become more efficient, be more productive and lead to lower cost per unit (fixed and variable costs) and therefore directly supporting the EMERGING AFRICA Countries in meeting its P&L objectives
  • Conduct improvement feasibility studies which will include analysis of information for cylinder filling, cylinder maintenance, supply chain and distribution trends and operational data of equipment
  • Development andapplication of best practice project management standards
  • Ensuring that the delivery of all projects is consistent with the appropriate productivity process methodologies

    • What makes you great

  • You possess Degree in Business/Commerce or Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Gases Industry with specific reference to compressed gases operations, cylinder planning and supply chain processes and operations.
  • Continual improvement tools/methodology knowledge, experience and certification is an added advantage , Six Sigma, Lean.
  • Good understanding of the Linde's businessmodel, processes, products, services, and organisation
