Marketing and Graphics Design Coordinator


Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Graphic Design:

  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for consistency across all design elements.

Web Design:

  • Design and optimize visually appealing and userfriendly websites that align with the overall brand aesthetic and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement design elements and ensure website functionality.

Sponsor Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • Develop creative materials for sponsor promotion, ensuring brand alignment and delivering on contractual obligations.
  • Ensure brand activations are executed appropriately and successfully.

Content Creation:

  • Generate engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with brand values.
  • Collaborate with the content team to integrate visual elements into written content for a seamless presentation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing and shareable content for digital platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to measure the success of graphic design elements and adjust strategies accordingly.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable of industry trends, design tools, and marketing best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and experience with website development tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
Previous hospitality background is advantageous.
