• National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Comprehensive understanding of audit methodologies (Final Vehicle Audit, Process Audits) and the ability to interpret and apply findings for product and process quality enhancement.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a foundational knowledge of CAD viewers.
• Familiarity with measurement processes, data interpretation, and its integration with overall production workflows.
• Capability to work autonomously.
• Competence in generating and utilizing pertinent statistical data during problem-solving and monitoring processes.
• Assertiveness and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Provide guidance to Production and Quality Assurance on product and process enhancements by monitoring and reviewing action progress and outcomes to ensure process stability and ongoing improvement.
• Facilitate the execution of cross-functional action plans for product and process enhancements by analyzing and evaluating data and communicating through meetings.
• Meet problem resolution objectives through continuous analysis and corrective actions for deviations related to noise, functionality, water leaks, and electrical issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures for issues assigned to Quality Assurance through detailed evaluations.
• Lead the problem resolution process by creating problem documentation and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure swift and effective resolutions for improved build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in providing technical expertise for the training of production staff and optimizing the production build process.
• Communicate with international counterparts regarding build and quality concerns to exchange information and stay updated on the latest product modifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers concerning part quality issues by conducting fitment assessments, evaluating conditions, and advising on corrective actions to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and deliver reports to Senior Management during presentation meetings to inform them about analysis progress and challenges that may require intervention or decisions.
• Develop new project timelines for internal release activities in alignment with the overall project schedule.
