    1. **战略伙伴与业务理解:**

    * 深入理解所支持业务部门的战略目标、运营模式、业务流程、组织架构及关键挑战。
    * 将业务战略转化为人力资源战略和行动计划,确保人力资源策略与业务目标高度对齐。
    * 参与业务部门的规划与决策过程,提供基于人力资源视角的洞察和建议。
    * 定期进行组织诊断,识别组织效能、人才结构、文化氛围等方面的机遇与风险。

    2. **人才管理与梯队建设:**

    * 主导或深度参与所负责业务部门的人才盘点工作,识别高潜人才、关键岗位继任者。
    * 与业务领导共同制定并实施人才发展计划(包括IDP、继任计划、轮岗、关键人才培养项目等)。
    * 推动关键岗位的招聘策略制定与执行(通常与招聘团队协作),确保及时吸引和甄选合适人才。
    * 关注关键人才保留,分析流失原因,制定并推动保留策略。

    3. **绩效管理与激励:**

    * 负责所支持部门绩效管理流程的落地与优化(目标设定、过程跟踪、绩效评估、结果应用)。
    * 辅导管理者有效进行绩效沟通与反馈,提升管理者的绩效管理能力。
    * 参与薪酬福利方案的制定与沟通,确保内部公平性和外部竞争力,提供相关数据分析和建议。
    * 协助设计并推动符合业务需求的激励方案(如认可计划、项目奖励等)。

    4. **组织发展与变革推动:**

    * 根据业务发展需要,参与或主导组织架构设计、优化及变革管理工作。
    * 推动团队效能提升、文化建设(如跨部门协作、沟通机制优化等)相关项目。
    * 在业务转型、并购整合等重大变革中,提供人力资源专业支持,管理变革中的人员影响。

    5. **员工关系与敬业度提升:**

    * 建立和维护积极的员工关系,作为员工可信赖的沟通渠道。
    * 及时了解员工动态与诉求,预防和妥善处理员工关系问题与劳动争议。
    * 推动员工敬业度调查的实施、结果分析及行动计划的制定与跟进。
    * 营造积极、包容、高效的组织文化氛围。

    6. **人力资源政策与流程落地:**

    * 确保公司人力资源政策、流程、项目在所负责业务部门的有效理解和落地执行。
    * 向业务经理和员工提供及时、准确的人力资源政策咨询与解读。
    * 收集业务部门对人力资源政策、流程的反馈,提出优化建议。

    7. **数据分析与洞察:**

    * 收集、分析并解读人力资源相关数据(如招聘效率、离职率、绩效分布、员工满意度等)。
    * 利用数据洞察识别问题、评估项目效果、支持人力资源决策,并向业务领导提供数据驱动的建议。

    8. **赋能管理者:**

    * 为业务经理提供人力资源管理方面的辅导与赋能,提升其领导力、团队管理能力和人才管理能力(如招聘面试技巧、绩效反馈、激励员工、冲突处理等)。
