We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Support Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee Support Specialist at Tempus Attendance, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the support and maintenance of our Biometric devices, HR & Payroll software, and related systems.

You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field and receive comprehensive training throughout December 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Biometric devices and software.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
• Participate in the implementation and testing of HR & Payroll software solutions.
• Learn and adapt to the evolving technology landscape within the company.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Requirements:

• A gogetter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
• Own transportation to commute to and from work is essential.
• Basic understanding of IT and computer systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications is a bonus.

Training:

Training will be provided throughout December 2023, and you will be compensated for your training days.
