    Job Summary

    As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant's success by guiding your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Great hiring, training, and retention are crucial to achieving sales and profit goals. You will run the store as if it were your own business, always keeping an eye on the bottom line.

    Requirements

    • Quick Service Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in QSR industries is required.
    • Education: A High School Diploma is required; a BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
    • Availability: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Serve Safe Certification: Having Serve Safe Certification is a plus, but training may be provided to the right candidate.
    • P&L Interpretation: Demonstrate an understanding of P&L interpretation to drive profitability.
    • Conflict Resolution: Show familiarity with positive conflict resolution techniques.
    • Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Physical Demands: Be able to comfortably withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
