    Description

    Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager

    Developing and implementing marketing brand strategies to deliver innovative, operational brand plans that achieve business outcomes by creating and maintaining a positive image of our brand in the market.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Lead the development and execution of both local and global brand / marketing strategies.
    2. Translate branded product marketing strategies into actionable activities, communication, and ensure successful market execution.
    3. Maintain a focus on return on investment (ROI) objectives, tracking and achieving them.
    4. Collaborate with sales and digital teams to ensure content plans and materials are tailored to target audiences, both B2B and B2C.
    5. E nsure all content, communication, and activity adhere to regulatory requirements.
    6. Assist in managing brand profit and losses, tracking changes that impact profitability, and identifying opportunities to improve gross margin.
    7. Carry out ad-hoc projects as required by management.
    8. Design and implement effective promotional plans based on insights, trends, and key focus areas to drive profitable growth.
    9. Stay up-to-date with market developments, analyze consumer insights, and assess competitor strategies.
    10. Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
    11. Succeed in launching new product innovations on focus brands through project management.

    Critical Experience

    1. At least 2 years of relevant brand marketing experience, preferably in the skin industry, specifically professional skincare.
    2. Marketing degree or diploma.
    3. Proven operational and executional excellence.
    4. Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
    5. A strong understanding of market research and consumer insights.
    6. Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    7. Effective time management.
    8. Good analytical skills.
    9. A creative thinker able to generate innovative ideas.
    10. Prefers working in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines and high pressure.
