    Description

    HR Operations Responsibilities

    1. Labour Cost Management: Support the HR Manager in managing labour costs and budget.
    2. Data Integrity: Ensure data changes are correctly and timeously updated on HR systems.
    3. Performance Management: Ensure performance management records, administration, and reporting are in place, accurate, and up to date.
    4. Training Needs Analysis: Report on training needs, training completed/in progress, and competency improvement at management review meetings.
    5. Employee Administration: Administer personal records, bursary records, induction of new employees, leave, new appointment records, disability applications, IODs, and Marsh.
    6. Candidate Interview Process: Assist and conduct interviews and compile an interview summary report.
    7. IOD Information Submission: Ensure that all IOD information is submitted to the SHER manager when needed.
    8. Payroll Administration: Ensure timeous delivery of all site's payroll administration to Central payroll department.
    9. Action Implementation: Support the HR, Plant, and DC managers to implement all actions as agreed on site engagement plans with clear timeframes.
    10. IR Documentation: Ensure all IR-related documentation is filled correctly and updated on the system.
    11. Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal customers to ensure they feel they receive good value at all times.
