    Our Recruitment Process

    We ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process to find the best candidates for our roles.

    1. Advertisement

      Vacancies are advertised for 3-5 days, depending on market conditions and the required skills.

    2. Initial Screening

      This step typically takes a few days, depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of the role.

    3. Longlist Review

      Candidates who pass the initial screening are reviewed by the hiring manager to determine their suitability for the next stage.

    4. Telephonic Interview

      A short interview is conducted to get to know the candidate better and answer any questions they may have.

    5. Main Interview

      A competency-based interview model is used. Interview dates will be confirmed in advance. During the interview, you will meet the panel and learn about the process. Be confident and showcase your skills.

    6. Assessment

      If we are impressed with your qualifications, you may be invited to complete a psychometric assessment. Further employment checks are conducted to verify your credentials.

    7. Second Interview

      Before making an offer, you may be asked to meet with the Head of Department. Be sure to maintain the same level of enthusiasm as during the first interview.

    8. Onboarding

      Once you've been offered a position, we'll guide you through the onboarding process and help you get set up on our payroll system.
