    Field Service Technician

    We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at groupe-cfao.

    About the Role

    This is a full-time position that involves maintaining, servicing and repairing material handling equipment, systems and products on company premises in a timely and cost-effective manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Servicing and Maintenance: Perform regular servicing and maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure it meets specified standards and procedures.
    2. Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, communicating with customers and supervisors to advise on necessary repairs.
    3. Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and operational data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and communicated timeously.
    4. Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction through polite and professional interactions.
    5. Communication: Foster effective communication between self, workshop staff and customers, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
    6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with OHSACT regulations and maintain a safe working environment by verifying safety device operations and adhering to established standards and procedures.
    7. Professional Development: Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training programs.
