We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to our sales strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our data solutions with their needs

Develop and maintain knowledge of our data solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and consumer needs

Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining accurate and detailed client portfolios

Collaborate with business delivery managers to improve offerings and ensure realistic proposal views

Utilize CRM effectively to standardize processes across all sales stages

Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, providing required reporting to management

Assist with and drive relevant leads and prospects to closure or the next stage of progress

Own data solution marketing and sales collateral

Realize revenue and margin targets, maximizing sales opportunities by connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions

Develop open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders

Complete sales proposals or assist/contribute to proposal completion (for multi-BU opportunities)

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in solution selling and data solution services

Exceptional communication skills

Function-related experience within a data solution environment (5-10 years desired)

Strong understanding of data solutions, including database management, analytics, and visualization

Relevant degree or diploma in business management

Relevant certification
